She wants to let people know about her existence and wants to tell everyone that she will be back working as a heroine which I am sure nobody will want her after her child birth et all. Remember Shilpa Shetty and how people dumped her even though she is even till this date trying to stage a comeback with all sorts of tricks including ads, judge in dance show, attending events etc. but she and her sister are totally rejected by Indian audience for good and the same fate awaits Kareena Kapoor aka Khan aka Pataudi
