As deployment of security staff is outsourced on contract system these times to escape the headaches of paying wage board salaries & perks lime permanency,leave etc,better if all big companies/offices/schools/colleges hire/deploy even women security staff to make the women employees to be confident of their safety ,both men& women security staffs antecedents& KYC to be thoroughly checked prior to engage them,which hitherto lagging in most of the cases.Anywhere women,be it security/office/field executive posts are certainly more responsible,helpful&trustworthy.
