In a country of 125 crore, every commoner wakes up to hear from media about film personalities, cricketers and politicians who may constitute .0000001% of total population as if this country will collapse if films are not produced, filmstars don't act, cricketers don't play cricket and politicians don't do politics.. After living in countries like China, Australia and UK , no media for strange reason ( may be commercial reason) in India makes these insignificant personalities so big that many times they are presented as larger than the country itself.. India is only country probably where a film star is presented as the most brilliant and intelligent guy expert on all matters like defence, space research, auto mobile and so on occupying front seats in all important events , getting 24*7 attention and so on.. Shame on us.
