It is not just blacks alone who look like axpes. Most Indians too have pronounced negrito draxvidian raxcial features (thick lips, wide and blunt nose, dark or very dark skin, etc). And most north Indians too have these features. It is only in Punjab, Haryana, Kashmir, H.P, etc. that you find high numbers of people with proto Aryan features (very fair skin, thin high nose, thin lips, etc). That is only because these regions were in the path of innumerable invasions/inward migrations and there was heavy mixing of raxces.

Newcomers have dilemma of having work or the privacy. Those who have good financial background do not compromise on privacy but those who don't have, they have to compromise on their privacy n they are exploited by mighty people. It becomes habit when there is no resistance from the victim. Victims don't report the abuse for the sake of career and also out of shame and often tend to forget for the sake of their career. Only courageous victims come forward to report the abuse.
