You xxxxs will kill people for speaking anything else than xxxx"c.. and you are talking about 250 years almost 9-10 generations. Com'on this quite common all over.
a very very tasty thing famous from madurai (my birthplace) .Its origin is unknown, may be it means - it keeps "Jigar" (heart) and "thanda" (cool) for the summer .a rarity that such a hindi word in tamil , is totally considered "tamil original" ! someone can clarify ..
