Interview has just one comment regarding multitasking and cover many other aspects as well. But the same one liner has been given improtance by Rediff as well as all egos here.
There are number of works at home and one gradually becomes multi tasker. Since, men too are helping at home due to working spouse. All women and men can't be on pay roll at least in India. Therefore, men would have to take the charge at home and accordingly women would take care earning money only.
If you think you are better at multitasking, its because you are applying and using your mind less than males, we are busy thinking about many things related to work and future actions while you don't apply or think much. There's your answer to why female multitask more than men.

they excel in snooping and chasing their men..can be trained to be good detectives but unfortunately they can be easily distracted...just a hint of their men being seen with someone else would make them drop their job on hand and start chasing their men..
try handling a single industrial unit with even just 15 labourers, handling excise, sales tax, IT dept, handling salaries and incidental pocket expenses, labour advance, not coming back, PF issues, strike issues, keep these things in your mind and try to handle and run the unit while maintaining the decoram to speak with clients, calculate profit loss, bear those, pay loans emi OD account interest and then speak about men not being able to multitask.

boss i worked in a power station and unfortunately a female engg.Grad.trainee was attached to my group and believe me the grasping power was just not there in her..everything needed to be repeated a 100 times..it was really tough to train her. there's just no comparison between men and women in industry..They are best suited for service industry
