Rickshaw and taxi drivers need to know that if every one of them is honest, prompt and ready for service, sticking to rules, then their business will go up. Honesty will pay better. Why Uber and Ola are successful, despite being more expensive at times, is because they are prompt, available, willing to go wherever need be and stick to rules. that is why people do not mind paying even a little extra. I hope taxi and rickshaw union will learn this lesson and follow it instead of agitating against the taxi aggregators.
