You don't understand because you are not a man. If you were a man, then there would be no reason to explain to you why it is important. Every man knows. And no woman knows. Quite simple. I am sure there are lot of topics which are vice versa too. e.g. Men don't understand why it is so important to keep the commode seat down.

Men brain is wired to think more about s_x and that is the reason men give that more importance, but through yoga and physical exercise we can divert our mind and exert control on oneself.
Females should be treated equally and respected for their beauty and mind rather than body alone.
