However I disagree on the bread issue.Brown bread and Whole wheat bread are anytime healthier than the white bread varieties like sweet bread, milk bread etc.As for the preservatives it is unavoidable if you want to give the bread at least a shelf life of 1 week.Otherwise bread can go waste within 24 hours in hot climate.Still if one is in doubt, better to stick to the desi variety like rotis.However when it comes to weight gain majority of the people struggle to maintain weight.There are a miniscule percentage of people who never gain weight and maintain the same weight throughout their life no matter what they eat and even dont't exercise.This is a small tribe of people who are indeed lucky.
A good article useful to everybody.Eat moderately good diet. Donot rely on heavy gym exercise and too much running /joggings.Does not proves helpful in long run .Causes damages also. Include physical activities through out days routine like walking ,stairs, taking breaks etc for long term benifits.

Very true.Especially running and jogging which has become a fad even fashion.The harm done is not known immediately until one day when they face serious health issues.
Don't agree with point number 6... Fruit should be in the morning, and on as empty a stomach as possible and not at night. Buttermilk cools the body and should be taken in the afternoon and never at night. Hot milk at night ... 2 hours after normal meal is excellent.

Banana is best at night only. It helps in getting u goof sleep too. So if you are having light meal in night. Fruits had no problem. But yes only fruit is not good. Fruit is best during morning time. In fact morning time you may eat anything because u had long day to digest it.
