Rediff and certain other Indian news portals ran gushing commentaries about the Indian contestant and her supposedly immense prospects to win.

Now, there is not even a mention about how the Indian fared in the contest !

The Indian media (or certain sections of the Indian media) certainly believes in keeping mum about matters that admittedly are so embarrassing !

What is so embarrassing not winning a contest where they test your brains so hard or being Mrs Donald Trump?

What I referred to as embarrassing is the way the Indian media kept running a hyperbole on the Indians prospects !

It is certainly very embarrassing for the media to be proved so wrong !
