To dos are very well put up, as one should not spoil his/her relations, be it with the Management or colleagues, as not good professionally nor on personal stake. There are many times you again step in to the same Company or Boss.

Notice period.

It all need to do where the proper norms are adopted. Now a days it is prevailing amongst most small companies that the employees are told to submit resignation from the past date covering whole notice period and collect the months dues on the same day. Who cares for waiting for one month or so. Rest of the dues would be settled afterwards, may be so.
