How mighty black money in the country controls parallel economy is evident from the outbursts of a section of politicians/ parties who were used to fighting, and even winning elections ,have now unashamedly come out in the open to oppose it. The harsh truth is that they see their doooms' day ahead without balck money-- how they will fight elections without balck money, how they will buy voters, how they will pay goons for causing violence in elections to help them win. So, they are speaking for retention of black money.
Whether Modi's demonetisation policy may yield successfull results in curbing black money or not, we still needs to wait because as of two weeks, its only the poor who is suffering, one good indirect impact it should probably happen is that each and everybody atleast now should have a bank account or open a bank account, even a daily wage earner. But for that Modi's Govt. department and all social workers, NGOs and common people should help the poor in understanding the importance of having a bank account as well the bank people should help the poor without making him or her wait for long time.
