Modiji, the problem I have with your bhakts is.
by vinod kumar turki on Nov 21, 2016 11:11 AM

To me, Diya looks to be confused person,Selfish and self pampering. This is what I could understand from her post.
Selfish
Since her parents withdraw the 10000 same night and had to travel. This irritates her , which shows her selfish approach.
Pampering
She helped some people to use atm and gave message about non functional language. some people thanked and some didn't, this self pampering
Confused
She is law abiding citizen, Auto driver didn't listen to her. Auto was with BJP sticker, ( who know true story-or not)this means , PM gave auto driver authority to break laws. This shows she is confused person.

Now she will paint me Bakth, i have no issue. I am.

Just go back couple years to 2014, and see the condition of India.
Go talk to Army personnel at border, they will tell you what is Modi.
Talk to people evacuated from Syiria, Yemen , etc
Talk to Indian people in Saudi, who are being rescued from their employer.
I am NRI, i know what Value we Indian have gained since he became Prime minster.
You are a frog of well and not even of pond.

What Ambedkar said

"Bhakti in religion may lead to salvation, but in politics bhakti or hero worship is a sure road to degradation and eventual dictatorship".
We may love and respect a leader but should not lose our critical faculties to such an extent that we lose our judgement and fail to correct a leader when he goes wrong.

Bhakts of all hues
by Shakti Prasanna Mohapatra on Nov 21, 2016 09:39 AM

There are bhakts who would see none other than a Neheru family person at the helm of Congress party. It is these bhakts who went on a killing spree of Sikhs in 1984. Ever had any problem with these bhakts?
Compared to them what do Modi bhakts say: maintain calm, respect our soilders, change your mindset for achieving Swacch Bharat..
You are always free to write on rediff as u have. Others are free to accept or engage or ignore you.

He has earned it

Dear Ms Nair,

Modi has earned trust of citizens whom we now round off as bhaktas, through his honest intention and hard work.

Cannot blame him for that.

Why Suddenly so many Bhakts
by econindia on Nov 20, 2016 11:32 PM  | Hide replies

Divyaji,You have every right to have opposing view
and there are many people who support Modi and also have open mind to discuss about all his decisions. You should also think why there are suddenly so many people supporting Modi to the extent of being called Bhakt. The fact that you had to leave six Whatsapp groups tell that those numbers are overwhelming.Nobody since our Independence could achieve this status. There is a good reason for that.Since Independence we have not seen any leader who is not Corruptible,Hard working, thinks out of the box and takes bold decisions. He also may make some mistakes.Every politician including Mahatma Gandhi has made mistakes (That didn't stop him from being a Mahatma). But as of today there is no one else who can lead India as well as Modi is doing. He has Given Indians a new hope that we are also capable of achieving status of a developed nation and I am pretty sure If he survives the fierce attacks from his corrupt opponents in politics
we can very well become a developed nation.
