A lot of these problems are due to incorrect usage in media ,both print and TV .The news speakers ,writeups etc have such points .Especially the TV . It is suggested that TV news readers ,anchors and others should be trained in these skills for cleaner Indian English speaking.
The one who wrote this lesson made a huge mistake:in section 8 you write: This is what Indians says when we speak of someone who is travelling. PHYSICAN HEAL THYSELF. It should be "We Indian say" not "says"

You too made two mistakes! It should be "We Indians say", not "We Indian say"! Moreover, it is "PHYSICIAN" not "PHYSICAN" ! So PHYSICIAN HEAL THYSELF too Dr. George !
