His previous job should not be termed as 'begging'. Because it is not begging. As his family performed pujas, the villagers are to give them foodgrains in return. It is traditional indian village economy. Give the service, in return, get foodgrains. It was applicable to carpenters, blacksmiths, farm helpers of that village. It is not BEGGING.
It is only because of such hard working honest persons, INDIA thrives. What the Politicians can do is to nurture them, help them. Nothing more nothing else, without any corruption. My "ceremonial salute" to this gentleman.May such tribes grow.
