Wonder what

exactly he meant by a Socio Economic model ?

If it means a business that is efficiently run, pays its employees well, charges its customers/clients very competitive prices/rates and yet does not violate a single law of the land, then such a model must thrive on the thinnest of viable margins.

And thin margins and adherence to all laws are exactly what do not come with the so called successful enterprises of the country, especially big time thieves such as the Ambanis and the Adanis !

"I had eaten food with my hands; here, I learned to use the spoon"

Eating with hands is much better and is respecful to the food that we eat; When are we going to realise the value of our culture and stop demeaning ourselves

I don't believe in Charity - very right
by Atul Nayak on May 17, 2016 03:31 PM

Very Right - The people who receive charity normally do not value what they get they feel they deserve better than what they have received in charity and the same is true in subsidised goods and services.

Only when you pay the full price for the goods and services the buyer appreciates the value of the product he buys. Schools in Mumbai run by BMC and Government of Maharashtra are good but the students and their parents do not value these schools and want to attend the coaching classes paying hefty fees and are regular in attending the classes.

Similarly the teachers and professors teaching in BMC and Government Institutions are not worried about the quality of teaching that they do because their salary is guaranteed and paid from tax payers funds where as those teaching in private coaching classes are worried that if the quality of teaching is not up to the mark they will lose their jobs and will not receive the salaries.

I am really overwhelmed to read his success story. What a dedication and committment and modesty inspite of clearing IIT and IIM. I liked his statement- become a better person today than you were yesterday.Such selfless, confident persons should get good opportunities to develop this country.
