Employment?
I, Avanaksh S Sambyal, R/o Jammu & Kashmir (border Area), am B.Tech (ECE), M.Tech Computer Sci (IETE Delhi), PG-DWiCE (C-DAC). Now working on Android. I have the capacity to work for ( ) 12 Hours. I am on the road for the last so many years. What is my fate in the present or future era? It seems bleak. Many alike may be feeling in the same manner, as if lost-out and abandoned. Modi has failed to create jobs
by ganesh on May 19, 2016 12:24 AM

Not only Modi has failed in two years to create enough jobs, but has also not done anything significant that can pave the way for more job creations in his remaining 3 years. He lacks the vision, drive, dynamism and the ideas needed for job creation. His priorities seem to be elsewhere.

Modi`s biggest challenge etc...

By calling it challenge (jobs),it is implied as if it was being successfully handled by Modi. That can best be described as the most immediate, urgent hing to be done. But, can that be done by Modi? Could it have been done by UPA? Negatives. The most glaring thing that strikes all of us is: with forty-odd foreign visits (the highest any leader in the whole world has ever done !),the illogical, impracticable and unjustifiable, almost coercive, push to the Hindutva agenda of the RSS, like beef ban, Bharat Mata ki jai, the Ganga, the Ramdev and deification of yoga and Ayurved, the myriad announcements of new projects, schemes, soothing promises on all fronts without any credibility....do all these help our PM give jobs? Yes, it is understood that the several RSS sponsored projects on Yog, Ayurved, Vanvasi Ashrams, and temple managements are providing a lot of jobs though only to the RSS swayamsevaks or pracharaks, and that is providing some little relief to some. If the PM himself opens his eyes to the national priorities and urgent needs, and instructs all his party and Parivar members to forget and shelve their narrow agendas to leave him free and independent to attend to this nation first, we can hope that some good may come out. His new recruits like Swamy and others should also be asked to allow the PM to serve this country as its PM. The whole nation will surely support and appreciate him.

Every body wants govt job. WHY?
About 48 years back, I also got myself registered at employment exchange, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). But I never got any letter or information from the exchange despite of contacting them regularly.

Everybody wants government job because there you have to do minimum work and get maximum salary. Nobody gets sacked for incompetency.

Modi@2: The PM's biggest challenge
by Preetha Chaudhury on May 17, 2016 12:02 PM

State bank of India brought out Ads for clerical & officers posts recently. There are plenty of jobs for lecturers/teachers. Youth should be ready to move out to where jobs are available & adjust to the environment there, instead of looking for jobs in their own vicinity. There is no need for an MBA to take up a laborer's job - in fact he is depriving an uneducated person of his job.

A big chunk of employment was being generated by Textile industry. But the Congress govt allowed the mills to close down and throw the mill workers on the footpaths ! Many of the mill workers committed suicide Many died without job !Who is responsible for all this ??

TWO YEARS OF PM NAMO
by sudhir dave on May 16, 2016 01:55 PM  | Hide replies

After coming to power, his major job came to him as elections in many states. Another entire system from top to bottom is corrupt and inefficient etc. So one should expect much. In 2019, no one like to get majority like 2014. So we have group of parties running the country, NDA/UPA/MAHAGADBANDHAN etc and nothing will happen.Just go on voting and country will continue. No mircale is going to happen.

by LAKSHMINARAYAN on May 16, 2016 01:14 PM  | Hide replies

No doubt it is a challenge but our PM is trying his best. What is difficult is that increase in population which is the basic problem in India. Until and unless it is checked no one can create jobs of unaccounted numbers.

my dear friend population is not increasing from this two years it is go on. but some family know birth control and their children are studying good and get the job in abroad. India is always loosing heart becaue it is politically motivated country. India is developed last 65 years now there is no chance to dvelop instead of that many countries are showing their eyes to us and we are facing for example China is the first country visit India during new govt and all neighbour are visited for oathing ceremoney and now they are the people are showing their eyes this is the only development. any way we hope to get good days ahead.
