Excellent article n contents fully right as I vouch personally.Besides I never take outside hotel& fast food except during journey.carry my boiled color drinking water.Take coffee only in morning & tea in evening only once.Between meals munch nuts n dry fruits,Take 2 LTS min water sipping whenever feel thirst R acidity.keep active helping wife in her house work too walk 3 kms min.Mntnd at 60 to 65 KGS for last 25 yrs. People say far more fit& healthy than my colleagues of my age.No BP,diabetes .no smoking,drinks,n strictly vegetarian.Enjoys comic movies,songs and old classic movies.JeediguntaGoa
