is the best. an average andhra eats more then what you have mentioned above everyday. 2 curries, chutnies ( we call them patchadi), dal, pulusu ( semi solid to liquid preparation with lots of vegetables in it - sambar is one such in sevaral varieties) , pickles ( avakai, magai, tokkudu patchadi) , rasam and then curds. we are rice eaters so we dont find chapatis or puris in our menu everyday. but andhra food serves as food and medicine to the stomach at the same time.
