is the best. an average andhra eats more then what you have mentioned above everyday. 2 curries, chutnies ( we call them patchadi), dal, pulusu ( semi solid to liquid preparation with lots of vegetables in it - sambar is one such in sevaral varieties) , pickles ( avakai, magai, tokkudu patchadi) , rasam and then curds. we are rice eaters so we dont find chapatis or puris in our menu everyday. but andhra food serves as food and medicine to the stomach at the same time.

You have not read it carefully. It says "established in 1916 in Lahore (now in Pakistan)....". The key word is "now". And post partition set up the dhaba in Amritsar.
