The key words are "red meat or processed meat" on a daily basis. Most Indians don't take these foods every day. Both vegetarianism and non vegetarian consumption are conscious and deliberate choices. This will not result in mass conversion to vegetarianism.

People who do not use alcohol or tobacco also lead no life . Enjoy daru , mutton and tobacco to have a "full" life .
