I am associated with quite a few NGOs who are into addressing the real causes. One such NGO is "Destrophy Annihilation Research trust" Bangalore which is working for innovating treatment for persons affected with Muscular Destrophy, at present only US has advanced treatment method which costs @ 3crore/head and again cure is not promised, also the life span of the person with this decease is limited to just 25years mac !! :-((((. Few parents of the children affected with this decease have founded this NGO by investing few crore Rs from all their sources and are research is in advanced stage, but they need few more crores to complete the assignment and make the treatment affordably available to Indians or general public of any country for that matter.
