Off late since 2015 shareholders are supposed to transfer shares under buy back offers through special window on Stock exchange through share broker ,reason being to collect some money on transaction by gift.but govt forgot the numerous difficulties being faced by shareholders as they are at mercy of brokers for this,old procedure very simple,as shares are transferred directly to company's demat ac by shareholder and no need if brokers mercy .Govt shkd try to ease things and not to make things complicated.hope concerned act fast,as many shareholders in villages/small places find new procedure not feasible n client make use if buy back offers,jeediguntaGoa
