Once got cheated in Gurgaon, I tried to withdraw 10,000 from my PNB ATM Card but nearby I did'nt find any PNB ATM so I tried it in another bank ATM (UNION BANK,SOHNA ROAD,BADSHAPUR,GURGAON) . Immediately I got message in my mobile of deduction 10,000/- but I could'nt get cash from the ATM. So I immediately reported this to PNB Toll free number and also given a written complain (where my account was) to PNB,Sushantlok Branch, GURGAON. This was happened in 9th March-2016. Till date, I did not get my money back after three months.

I was in Chennai during the floods,in December 2015.I deposited the minimum amount due in their banch at Egmore.I dropped the cheque in the drop box well ahead of the due date as the branch was shut down.The bank charged me penalty & interest on the amount due.Inspite of repeated requests the charges were not dropped.I paid the total amount due & discontinued the use of the card.I intend to close all my a/cs with these cheats.

There is a syndicate of at least six leading banks that systematically exploit the unsuspecting customers and threaten them with spoiling their credit rating with the rating agencies.
It was 5 years ago while I was travelling to Assam, I got frequent sms as my ICICI credit card has been used at UK 5 times each transaction was 20 sterling pounds totally 100 sterling pounds. I shocked and immediately contacted phone banking and blocked the card. Later after returned Mumbai, I contacted ICICI bank authorities gave them a written complaint and assured me that they will investigate the matter and within a month it will refunded to my account. They did.
I was in Haridwar and on ICICI bank ATM newly married couple withdraw some money, there bad luck money got stuck. And in that situation girl was standing near to ATM so that no one use it, or money may come out after some time. Boy was looking for bank management to help on this situation.. I was feeling very sorry for them, hope they come out of that situation :-)
