Yes, everybody knows that the breast milk is good for the baby. Every mother instinctively knows it. But then why is it that only a few urbanised, educated, modern human mothers don't want to breast-feed? I have seen mothers in rural areas regularly breastfeeding their babies without any qualms. Then what's wrong with the urban elites?
