People's mentality is much backdated in India about women's career. There is person who wanted wife to continue job, but relatives blames the person as money addicted. Girl's parents told me girls are getting educated for parenting her child better only, during my marriage proposal. Some girls think education is like everyone going to school, so myself also. Marriage to girls is gov't service, so doesn't need any further career.
Marriage is also a part of career. Good life partners do put in additional efforts so that career growth is maintained. In life when we get something we loose something else. So it is a compromise. One can not keep on having only gains. Females have special responsibility, particularly after having very young child. I believe that too is a part of career as this is an essential part in final calculations of life achievements.
You are one of the very few who have found a good partner. In most cases it is the contrary. Though I am a working women, I have been able to manage career after lot of struggles.
