PETTY PEOPLE WITH PETTY MINDS, THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO ATTEND TO REAL ISSUES FACING THE COUNTRY.
No state govt.MLA/MLC or State Minister should use word \'dear\' for Central Govt.Minister. In Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha during discussion on many topics MPs/Ministers use word \'Madam\' / Hon\'ble Member/Minister. This was really a insulting word use by a MLA/State Minister for a Central Govt.Minister (Smriti Irani)

Smiritiji Iraniji Bhahanji when cannot understand the difference between a certificate issued for attending a 7 days class room lecture and a hard earned degree after 17 years of continuous hard work, how can we expect her to understand a foreign language like English etc?
The Bihar minister had raised certain issues and wanted to know the status. Just see how BJP is trying to dodge the query and making an irrelevant issue out of it. Just see the height of hypocrasy. While Bihar minister is an ELECTED public representative, the hon’ble HRD minister is REJECTED by people of India. Despite that he addressed the HRD minister decently, and even suffixed “Ji”. Now, even if we look at the performance of HRD ministry, we could experience only doom for the function, with number of instances of ruckus in various institutions, leading to even degradation of education system in the country. There seem to be no efforts/ suggestions / steps to improve the system in the country. Let BJP clarify: How do you see the country’s education going forward? Why are the toilets claimed to be built under the Swachch Vidyalaya Mission not working/have any water? Why is the quality of education deteriorating and students shifting to private schools despite so much spending? Why is the discontent among college students growing day by day?
Instead of giving solutions to the problems being faced by the country, BJP, including their paid agents and supporters flooded on media, dodge the questions and start comparing with one and sundry, blame one and sundry and try to run away from responsibilities. The mismanagement has reached such a level that every common man in India can feel the heat of price rise, etc.

IT SOUNDS FUNNY THAT IRANI LOST ELECTIONS, YET SHE HAS BEEN HRD MINISTRY. THE CHAIWALA HAS CHEATED THE PEOPLE OF INDIA
To me if the communication was in English, its not wrong at all. The present HRD minister should not have reacted like this. The initial communication was made in English but our honourable HRD minister took the presentation in so called family conversation like "sash and Samdhi". it depends on the interpretation and acceptance
in other case also some minister even prime minister used the words 'dear'for ladies but Smriti Irani behave unnecessarily in this matter.According to her only BJP member call her dear.
When the politicians can call people as mera priya jano in an election rally and priya means dear in english. it show that priya (dear) word in only for elections not the real inner feelings of politicians towards the people and why cant a minister irrespective of gender be addressed as DEAR. in no way anyone can call this insulting or hurting anyone's feeling. Making noise out of a non issue. another example of how our politicians being narrow minded
