Dumbest looking bike, honda is fooling around again :-P

This bike reminds me of, the story of how ripped jeans became fashion.
A bunch of honda executives decide to launch something new and different. But, wait, they do not have the budget to do the complete R&D and market research. So, one guy says, lets use something we already have and make it different. So, they pick up the Honda Activa. Strip down the body work to it its bear bones, then realize that it needs some clothes, bcoz you cannot have something looking so naked. So, pick up some unused body parts from their mad scientist lab, which were originally meant for some old bike experiments they failed on, stick them to the side of the fuel tank. Oh, yeah! the fuel tank must be from some kids toy bike which Honda must of thaught of launching for 5 year olds, but got scrapped. And there you have it the new Animal, a half naked bike which costs you more, when you could have gone ahead got a second hand activa and ripped out some of the body panels and it would have looked even better than the Navi.

Isn't that how every automobile is made. They have been doing this to cars for ages. NuvoSport is Quanto, Mahindra uses same engine for all their new comers, may be they now have a smaller MHawk engine, but its almost same. Same with Maruti .. K engine on all new comers. So why is it any different if it is done to Bike. I like it, if you do not, then do not buy it. I am sure Honda has made a new genre of bikes. College kids are going to drool for it. Its a Automatic bike..Awesome..

It has no speed to call it bike. Nor has it enough fuel carrying capacity. More often, you end up visiting Petrol pumps. And as well pointed out, the smaller wheels are not suited in bikes for city roads which have more bumps and potholes. This may not survive in the market.
