The author has forgotten to highlight the first hurdle facing the Indian Entreprenaur. That is obtaining a PAN Card.
Just experiencing the first hurdle at the time PM Modiji unvield the "Startup India" programme:

I am a CA in practice and some one came to me to get a PAN Card, which is the "Start up" document for any activity.
I sent the person to a Karvy and they gave a format for getting the Gazetted Officer certification t expand the Initials in the SSLC Certificate.
I tried through my contacts in offices but none was willing to give a copy of his Official ID Card, which is a must as per the CBDT Format released.
Finally I took the client to an ITO and got teh Certificate Signed with Official Seal therein and telephone number. But he refused to give copy of his ID as he had a very bad experience of misusing the same by some one.
So without his ID Card copy, the formas were filled and and sent o NSDL for processing.
While processing, they put the remark that the ID s a must and without that, the PAN Can't be approved.
I called them up and tried to convince them that the ID is not possible to get as no one is willing to part with the same.
NSDL person stuck to his principle and refused to process.
Now I had wriiten to PMO Grievance Cell and even after 10 days, nothing has happed except the same has been entrusted to an IT Officer from CBDT. I tried to call him up the number provided.. But no one lifts that phone. Hence written an
