No one have right to interfere in private life if employee check email, done communication in emergency as private employer don't have right to watch employee personal communication. If we allowed then result will be worst, even interfere someone personal life is illegal can't be allowed. Can be challenged in higher court. It is not possible without personal chat , sending email in office hour for personal reason because maximum time employee remain in office can't be allowed to interfere in personal life of employee by employer . If allowed employee will become slave of employer will get exploit is very danger to allow boss to enter in employee personal life. Personal life should be personal no one have right to interfere.
