I believe that the street vendors use

1. the adultered oil, expired/ near expiry oil from malls, rejected oils from factories and use and re-use beyond permissible limits.
2. They purchase dead chicken/ disease infected chicken and deep fry and serve.
3. The water used is contaminated causing stomach disorders.

How do any one ensure that none of the above is ruled out..?
