Homosexuality is normal abnormality, therefore it should be accepted by any normal society. But the institution of marriage is for the sole purpose of bearing children and taking care of them by both the partners, hence the marriage between same gender is not normal, therefore, it should be considered as criminal offence.

No need to discuss and waste human hours on such silly matters.Let them do it openly as it is a psychological behavior that if u try to restrict something it bounces..In India ALL silly issues like this are highlighted by Media and brainless people watch it.There should not be Ban on anything including father marrying his daughter or mother marrying son brother sister and so on as there will be hardly any takers for such things say 1 in billions..

And As long as they do whatever they want to do behind the doors as normal married couple do why anybody will have problem.
