The threat is real and true for all segment of society ! Its quite prevalent these days and going to affect in future in a big way ! going payment business by internet for every small purpose will be a significant contrubutor to this issue also !
rediff / author could have served better by including details on how to get in touch with "SHUT" for people who do not live in Bengaluru. Hope they rectify this shortcoming.
