Her Poses are ok only for a photographer's pose. But to do yoga you shud always do in some decent level place on empty stomach and not while eating at a restaurant.She will create wrong followers of yoga who can injure their body like this and get an aversion for yoga which is very divine and scientific kriya for the physical and spiritual well being of an human body.So I appeal to all to not to follow her but to do yoga under a proper guru.
