Before BJP PARIVAR managed to create an issue on this indisputable core point, thousands of our countrymen of all faiths have laid their lives in wars,and other situations and there are innumerable unsung heroes. The NA bogey was deliberately created as a Parivar plan. Thankfully,the hon`ble SC seems to have seen the gameplan and the truly disturbing things being done by the Central govt. under direct guidance of the PM. Patriotism, nationalism (not Hindu nationalism) and revering our national flag and national anthem are burning in the hearts of all Indians barring known people.
First of all the writer is a stupid. Supreme Court ordered to sing National anthem not to respect or disrespect the movies but to pay respect our Country whenever we all Indians are in mass. The same thing we do in Temples, Mosques, Churches etc. by citing or follwing common customs as per respectively religions. Not only in theatres, we also need to singing National anthem before any Games in the stadium etc. It will make us disciplined and dutiful to our Nation and many more Goods. Whenever we go to other country, we like to join with them to respect their nationalisms but when it comes to respect our NATION, we think and calculatr too much for How to escape from the duties to respect our Nation. Once again, I say "Idiots" to all antinationals.

The people who deliberately dug up this pseudo-nationalistic issue are those who did all the anti-national activities which cannot be denied at all. That God that the hon`ble SC has seen the gameplan and gave relevant order.

100% true Dear Friends, why no one is commented on this ! Only standing while sing National anthem (forcefully) is not only way of TRUE indianism ! Nobody should teach us to respect my Parents, that should come from my heart, Yes I Can. Cinema halls are for entertainment not to show our nationalism. MLAs / MPs are to sit ONLY in Assembly / Parliament (proper platform)to discuss on political/economical issues etc not on ROAD, right !

Supreme Court has rightfully said the anthem needs to be played and sung while standing in the cinema hall. Because its a gathering of people and proper respects should be paid while standing with hands straight close to the sides of the body .. not held together with head low like in shoksabha, nor with folded hands close to the chest or hands behind as if being inquisitive.
Head held up high and sing in praise of the country.
Dear All , I suppose you understand importance of saying national anthem in group , theatre is one such place ..why do we compare it with everyother thing .. if you are not satisfied say something positive Keep in mind we are not only literrate we are educated also ..so pls talk sense and if you are not opposing befikre , masti jade , and all those rubbish actors then why oppose a good thing atleast it is not making any loss
Playing National Anthem in movie hall is like losing dignity. Movie hall is not an assembly the people are gathered with different notion second people coming to movie are not prompt so if the NA is played then what the person wil do who taking entry in hall and without about late commers.
It has been bugging me-- pl somebody answer this--If in movie halls, why not before TV serials? and why not before movies on TV/ is it bec you can show your patriotism in public although in privacy you may be deshdrohi? And if before movies, why not before functions like marriages, sangeet,, mehndi,, birthdays, rave parties, kitty parties,etc? Pl somebdy?
