today india require changes in educations ways also. The examples is that people have no time to interact with family they are busy with apps and play store games.
Dear sir, Teaching and acheving IIT,PMT admission is not a single aim of life. The life starts after completing educations,They are join jobs or not related jobs. The problem is how to provide qualitative education . The youth and generations are tallented but require right direction and counselling programme which is less available. A simple example people are shifted marbles to candy crush and play ball on app. Today the whole work on mobile apps.,its result queue problem is solved. It means today generation have time bounded but some reasons divert education targets.I think the counselling and sports activity reduces stress and pressure.I have more ideas to work on this programme but not finding support support.I am researcher of kota university
I am from Kota, and I know Bansal sir (I still call him uncle, he was my dad's colleague). I also know the Allen leadership as Maheshwari uncle was also my fathers colleague.
The coaching institutes train you to clear the entrance test. The level of knowledge in each topic is taught with the purpose of clearing the entrance test. The focus is on speed and how accurately you can answer the questions. So many students are not able to cope up with this as the teaching method in a school classroom is on deeper understanding of the topic. It is paced in a manner that the student understands the subject. So kids do find it difficult to cope. At 16-17 years of age if you are staying away from parents with an expectation to clear the entrance, it does take a toll if a student is not able to cope and starts falling back on his studies.
