An excellent move by this lady.Wonder why NEWS channels are not bringing such good work. Perhaps they need payment for such good deeds done by ordinary citizens.

You are right boss, these news channels are not interested in such issues rather interested in petty politics and silly matters. First we need to praise our PM who has noticed her and had twitted else nobody would have known her even till her death.

Same case here. Please make this woman more famous somehow. There are people who want to leave India and there is this lady who selflessly works to keep India clean literally.

Should be the ambition of every citizen
by raman janaki on Apr 19, 2016 11:42 AM

This lady is an eye opener to our rural areas as well as stinking cities. If every citizen realises his/her responsibility towards keeping clean, we need not preach. Every household and public places will be spic and span. Mother earth will be happy to give all her fertility to us.
Special thanks to the down to earth politician and our prime minister Mr.Narendra Modi

Wonderful article...

Hats off to this lady. I sit in my home and write paens or lampoon someone for doing or not doing. But this lady has put me to shame myself when I find that she has used the proverb "Actions speak louder than words". She has shown us that instead of cribbing and talking of hate, it is better to work and let that do the talking as taught in the Gita. How far, I will try to follow this principle in my life, only time will tell, but Temsutula Imsong, I will try to remember this as much as possible.

Stupendous Temsutula Imsong
by jagnya rath on Apr 18, 2016 10:10 PM

It is not difficult to make a change if one wishes. Temsutula Imsong is an amazing story of grit and willing to make a change for society in cleanliness. What has made her job difficult is that she plucked herself from NE India and came to varanasi, culturally so different with traditionally unwilling to change. I salute you may be more than the PM, keep inspiring us

Message To The Youth......Student Union Members In Universities !

a perfect example of a good human-being....above all politics and adverse social-influences....the girl from the northeast has also done a great justice to the entire north-eastern student community which has often been at the receiving end by some misguided north Indians who carried a highly condemnable nehruvian bias to wards the people of Northeast India.
