If there is no law in sending out toppers abroad, the best of the talent in our students can be used and in that case very shortly India would be the topper. No Make in India and only Made in India. India can stop importing and start exporting. The government should extend all help so that even the Indians abroad may come back and extend their helping hand in the growth of the nation. Congratulations to all those who are doing their best in this direction. Government should not yield to the outside pressure to send the intelligentsia. We are paying lot of money for imports. If we develop our own merchandise, we can export and bring down debt and at sometime, not far away, but in the near future, we can wipe out debt and a golden era can start. Governments may change but the policies should remain. Jai Hind.
