There is nothing new in the article which is, at best, of cursory interest. Some more useful information could have been provided to make it more worthwhile. How many cups of the lemon-ginger-cinnamon tea should be taken a day? The suggestion of small, frequent meals is given by all doctors but is it practicable to anybody working? Can you eat 3 meals in an office or at work site when most offices have lunch and tea time strictly implemented? How frequently should one include mushrooms in one's diet?

eat less and less once a day if you are old and twice young) do all house work like cleaning, swabbing etc eat food that easily digestible .you will be happy with diabetics

You cannot go zero on carb/sugar.You need energy to work.You need to keep Blood sugar within the limit of 80 to 140 for this.So it is better to eat 5 times a day,less food.This is from personal experience.

When u state several efforts are seen around the world is the DATA.This is good for non diabetic too.I think you are young.If so start immediately. If you want data, go to Kidney transplant hospitals, you will not only get data, but will start following. Stop ridiculing good suggestions,when diabetics starts ridiculing, it will have the last laugh.GROW UP
