Very old and obsolete advices - eat veg & fruits & nuts, brisk walk, keep sugar,B.P & cholesterol down etc.- not in keeping with the latest findings which says moderate quantities of Ghee & butter are good for heart. Doesn't talk of eggs- which are also beneficial. Cholestrol not connected with heart attack-many heart attacks in young people with normal cholesterol. Latest finding is that of HOMOCYSTEINE which must be kept under control
