Consumer forum, citizen groups should have come together and pioneer a platform where we can demand value for the money. what is this application fees, processing fees, mortgage deed fees, legal fees have to do with??? All these steps is a part of the giving the loan to the borrower, then it's all the obligation on bank to check the papers and decide whether they can give the loan or not ; what is the point to ask fee for decide whether they are able to give loan or not.This is a first step of extortion from the needy person and can plainly tell the customer that thay can't give the loan.
