CIBIL is 100% dependent on Monthly Data from Banks on the repayment done by the person. CIBIL is a lost Island. As most of my friends who have taken Home Loan a year ago still havent been listed in CIBIL as the same is doesnt known by CIBIL. The AUthenticity the Uo to date is missing hence a lost island.
