In the first shloka Phala does not mean outcome or result; it means the fruit. There is a huge difference betweeen the result and fruit. One has to be driven by the end product to achieve what one envisions, With out an end product you will not have a vision, with out a vision one will not have a clear step to take . By Phala , Krishna means "Benefit" Phala means the ego attachment to the benefit enjoyed. Please dont translate wrong if you dont know what it means. There are millions of people reading this and would get disillusioned by these wrong translations
nice.on On adoption-in management schools cite example of frog from floor dropped in the water of vessel the heating. But if it is taken out and thrown on ground suddenly it dies.as it could not make out change in environment and adjust .A good read!!
