Quit Facebook, be happier?

it's funny a broken site like rediff wants us to share our views on a social media giant..if quit facebook be happier, then i guess quit rediff be happiest..

its my personal experience. a lot of stress is relieved if you are out of face book. A staunch user of face book, i was for 2 years and now i am out of it since 2010

it really depends on the usage .. there r people who spend their entire day on fb which is harmful and dangerous but few hours a day is ok and does not make any difference, it allows u to be in contact with society

Very true fb, Wats up etc has ruined young people life and addiction is worest then andy drugs.

hi! I'll never quit because fb has given me a chance to interact with my old friends in school, college & university days; also, other friends, acquaintances, former colleagues. Besides, there are other benefits of fb as ininformation, knowledge, entertainment, etc. One should not be addicted to it that\\\'s all. Problem arises when there\\\'s no restraint. I will not quit facebook as of now (:

you are right. but my opinion is let facebook be accessed only through pc at home (for only 1 hour a day in total), not through smartphone and office pc. That will make a lot of difference.
