I wonder and it is open for debate too, that what is stopping Indian Railways from providing value added services to the customer at a cost. Services in Rajdhani and shatabdi are excellent, then why the same cannot be replicated in other trains. Are we short of fund or are we afraid that we will not be able to maintain the level of services. Are we short of manpower in this country of millions of jobless people or are we afraid that once employed these jobless people will not work properly.
