I doubt about its success because Indians like the glitter of physical gold rather than paper gold.
The paper gold is safe no doubt but it can not be worn during festivities and events like marriages.
Indians link gold with health, it is believed that if you wear gold, your health will be good,it wards of negativity. Scientifically also to it is true because gold is a superconductor, it attracts the radiations from sun, filter outs the harmful radiations and pass on the good radiations (positive energies) to the body through skin and thus keeps our body healthy. I can give one example, most of the Indian ladies outlive their husbands, you can guess why?
The scheme is good only for investment purpose for rich people but a large chunk of poor and middle class people may not go for gold bonds.
Dear friends Please realize that our PM is in a habit of giving one new toy to we the mango people of india every fortnight. he has given so many toys to us to play that we are overwhelmed. these gold bonds and monitization etc are again new toys from his factory and we should play with it for some more time. dont worry he will manufacture more toys for us in near future also.
