I do not agree that these are the strong ways to quit smoking. Quitting smoking is only from the internal desire. I had started smoking during 1980. Till 15/3/2010 I used to smoke around 15-16 cigarettes in a day. Till 15th night I had not thought over quitting but on 16th morning onwards I had not smoked a single cigarette. This has happened due to just internal control/wish for quitting.

I didn't take any counselling, medicine, advices etc. etc. I just thought of quitting and I got success. In my opinion if you spend one day without smoking then from next day onwards you will be free from smoking habit for ever.
These tips will certainly help. But the most important is the \"Will to Give Up\". One may give up only to restart after some time but this should not deter one on the resolve to quit smoking. At the time I gave up, I was smoking about 40 cigarettes a day and had failed umpteen number of times but I did not gave up on my resolve to quit smoking.

only way to quit smoking is buy cigarette for all your smoking friends everyday till the time you quit.
