Re: why any tamilian should get a job out side tamil?

Hindi is useful for movies only.English language provides jobs they why choose Hindi
The Person Writing this article herself has said at one point that she had refused 2 jobs as they did not offer good growth prospects. She should have taken the job , taken the training , worked until the point where her job growth stopped and then switched over. She cannot blame MR Modi or the agent for her refusal. It was her nearsightedness that stopped her from becoming employed. Now lamenting that she is taking Hindi classes , short hand classes etc is like crying over split milk.

True..she quotes "He arranged two interviews, but the companies did not seem to offer good job growth. So I did not take the offer". Even before joining a company and working there for a few years how did she conclude there's no scope..? Poor approach.

Exactly.
All fresh college graduates think they are great nobel prize worthy people. It is natural for young children (which is what college graduates are - children). Only once in the real world for 1-2 years, they learn to give up their ego and learn to work hard and professionally. No job should be taken for granted.
The girl in question should have taken the better of the 2 offers, worked for a year and gained experience and then searched for better prospects.
Just thinking that you have an engineering degree, so the whole world should fall at your feet is the wrong attitude.
Hi, I am gazzatted Office in central Govt. from ur statement it is clear that your not aware of the compatetion out side check it your next interview about the % mark of others.
Now Mark doesn't matter, once if you miss the campus interview then you have to try hard there is no way, easy way is to get any small job ( preferably of your graduation sub) and then try for good job, if the time(year) gone then you have say the reason for that too in upcoming interviews.
I don't know whether ur seeing this reply or not but it is for all freshers

very sincere and honest advice. I'll put the fineprint from your posting in an easy to understand manner.. "If you do not get a job within an year of completion of graduation, then you are doomed. Your chances of making it diminish substantially. So to begin with accept any offer even if it falls below your expectation and then try for a switch to a better job.

Very true. In the initial phase of life you cant select the job, the job has to chose you. Once you are on the track then ahead in time you will have opportunity comming.

Hindi is good for Movies only. English is the offical language in India, practically, why choose Hindi when English only provide jobs???

VERY CORRECT..Iam 50 years old, was on a long break due to domestic compulsions but got selected in the very first attempt after the break..that too with excellent package (overseas company)..I wonder why people keep complaining without doing their homework and correcting the issues they have..The solution lies in honest self assessment(introspection) and skill improvement.
First you must understand that no one is deliberately against you that you don't get a job. There are many students getting the job at the same time. Please analyze yourself whether you have given your 100%. If there are job opportunities available and you are capable candidate, then you WILL get a job.
