Drink fair amount of water and the skin gets rejuvenated. No need for creams, packs, etc. In fact, non-natural resources only clog the skin pores and cause more problems: remember that the skin also excretes (via sweat, scales, etc). I am 40 and no wrinkles, white hair or sags. Please do physical exercise like mild weight-lifts and definitely brisk walking. Eat fresh and avoid carbs and processed food.
Hi my daughter is 8 years now , since her birth she got small small pimple like rashes on her cheeks and they are not going away. i did go to a skin special when she was 5 but the doctor did not recommend any thing saying they will go away them-self . i would appreciate if you can suggest a therapy kind of thing so that her skin is cleaned internal . i am ok if it is long term process.
