It is old habit of Indian employer to keep crying that they didn't get talents, but my question is what they have done yet to come forward and join hands with Education institute to restructure the syllabus to cater to deliver talented pool of graduates from these institutes? Secondly each and every employer want exceptionally talented and experienced peoples; to get experience someone should have to work somewhere then how could be one get experience if every employer keen to hire experienced person. I had raised these topic at some organisation where they blatantly said that why their organisation should provide experience by hiring fresher? let other do it , they have no time to provide practical skills to the freshers.
