The very thought of going for purely raw vegan diet is quite hard to practice for most of us. But it's a good initiative and possibly our digestion system might cooperate with it, then a lot of time on cooking can be saved and can be utilized for meaningful purpose. For preparing food most of us uses the heat energy to transform the raw food in eatable form, this consumes a lot of LPG/electric and is a cause of pollution as well. Cooking also reduces the nutrients value(with very few exception) of the food thus we rely on food supplements to maintain the balance, again we have to spend money for the cause. But if we try to go for a raw vegan diet a lot of time and energy can be saved, even partially raw vegan will improve our immune system and helps the body to rejuvenate at its best. But it should be practiced right from the teen age so that the digestive system of the body would accept the change and transform it accordingly and as a matter of fact after the half of lifespan making change is really hard and could be harmful also.
